Olsen Travel trading as GoCruise & Travel, registered in England and Wales No. 02287241, 2nd Floor, 36 Broadway, London, SW1H 0BH is the data controller for anything you share through this website. If you would like to talk to a person about your details, ask your cruise adviser and they will sort it out.

What we collect

The quiz records your answers about how you like to travel, the places and ships you liked or passed on, and the name, email address and phone number you give us at the end. We also note roughly when you are hoping to book.

Why we hold it

So that your cruise adviser can put together a cruise guide that fits your answers and contact you to talk it through. That is the only reason. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone who is not helping to arrange your holiday.

Our lawful basis

Consent. You submit the contact form at the end of the quiz before anything is sent to us, and we keep a copy of the wording you agreed to along with the time you agreed to it.

How long we keep it

Two years from your last contact with us, unless you book, in which case we keep the booking records for as long as the law requires. After that your quiz details are deleted.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw your consent at any time and we will stop contacting you. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Tell your cruise adviser and we will sort it within a month, usually the same week. If you are not happy with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
